BQ: Well lets see......there are 15 total teams.....and the odds of the 2 teams getting the 1st seed is 13.33% .....
So if you take away 13.33%.....you get 86.67%...
So there.....there is a 86.67% chance that they don't get the 1st seed...

Hornets over Mavs? Nuggets over Spurs? Blazers over Nuggets?

I'm kinda do think that the Hornets will be better than Mavs...
I'm pretty sure Nuggets will be better than Spurs.....same with Blazers over Nuggets..

I think the Mavs are underrated YS, I don't see the Hornets passing them up but we'll see.

It's a good thing, wouldn't it be interesting to see them make the playoffs without Yao, TMac and Von Wafer?

The only way the Rockets would make the playoffs is if the West completely collapses and sucks......

Well if he can stay healthy then he can be in the playoffs

Okay, I can see the Rockets doing better than expected if TMac stays healthy for a good amount of time. I'm already sold on the Warriors getting the 8th seed, but I can see why you think the Rockets might get it.

T-Mac can't carry a team anymore...
For God's sakes.....his knees can't even carry his own body....

Ariza is a good player...and I like him....
But he isn't gonna be able to replace Ron Artest....

Yao Ming looks like he is not gonna play at all....

Aaron Brooks has some speed and some offensive game....but he plays no defense at all (don't tell me that he has steals).......and he is extremely inconsistent...

Shane Battier is a very good player....he is an elite defender....and has some range on the offensive end....but he isn't gonna carry the team...

Then you got Scola.......the dude is a good player...but he is a role player....thats all...

So...thats why I don't see them making the playoffs....
