Congrats South Sudan!!!

On being the newest formed nation this past weekend. It's great that they finally separated from Sudan. The Sudanese President is a royal doucher. Hopefully the Darfur region of Sudan can use South Sudan as motivation to help them sucede from Sudan as well after many years living in genocide at the hands of the Sudanese gov't.

South Sudan has to figure out a lot of the problems that they've faced for decades now. Like the highest HIV/AIDS ratio in Africa or severe poverty and hunger. Hopefully they figure out something that works.

BTW their first President of the Republic looks g haha. His name is Salva Kirr. He is known by his trademark black cowboy hat & long beard.

They got massive oil deposits in the new Republic of Southern Sudan too. I just hope they aren't puppeted by the western world like so many other developing/oil rich nations are as a way to steal all the oil for mere pennies of what it's worth.

From a moral standpoint, I hope that too.

From a US citizen standpoint, I don't

it's gonna be a international bball hotspot too. Luol Deng is from Southern Sudan and is already building a basketball camp.

Give all the praise to George Bush. I don't care, as long as the U.S doesn't help them.
