Not sold on Garko yet, but he will hopefully get the job done. What we need is Bengie, Renteria, and Rowand to start hitting. We need to stop playing so many extra inning games and help our pitchers get some wins.

Garko is amazing... once he gets accostemed to his surroundings, he's gonna hit HR left and right. And probably lots of doubles, and clutch hits too.
Not to mention... he gets hit by a pitch like every other at bat lol.
Seriously, if Wedge would have played Garko in Cleveland regularly.. he could be all-star potential.

But he's slow.
Really, really slow.

And he plays the outfield like a guy getting attacked by bees. Underwater. Upsidedown.

lol What's Eugenio Velez's position even supposed to be? I've heard outfield, shortstop..

But no... once Garko gets a little more used to playing in a terrible hitters park like AT&T... he'll start hitting better.. if that made sense.

The Giants play Velez practically every position except pitcher and catcher, but he fails miserably at every single one. He can't catch a fly ball for his life and his throwing is just painful to watch.

And I still have hope in Garko don't worry, but as for now I can't consider him a good hitter.
