| So, according to ESPN the Hornets are looking to shop Chris Paul. Although other sources say that there is less than 2% chance that this guy gets traded. Right now analysis are saying that: Chris Paul be traded to Magic, Grizzles, Nets? http://www.commercialappeal.com/news/2010/jun/21/heisley-angered-by-mayo-rumors/-Tried to shop Chris Paul for O.J Mayo?! Right now exactly what are you thinking that Chris Paul will do, or should do. With the new ownership theres less than a 2% that they do anything with him, but the remaining 2% something could happen. | |

| Chris Paul for OJ Mayo = Fail.
Well if I were the Hornets looking to trade Chris Paul, I would look for a solid SF (Mo Pete isn't cutting it) and some first round draft picks

| It would make total sense to trade him, still don't see it happening. Hornets aren't known to make moves when there do. Thats why instead of getting over the hump they fell back because there to content with not making moves. | |

| I think the next big deal that Hornets get, they should at least consider it.
The Devin Harris and 3rd pick for Chris Paul might not be the worse deal ever. It gets Chris Paul in a rebuilding New Jersey Nets with young players and a strong veteran (We consider Paul a vet now I guess), and it could get Devin into the style of play that he would fit better into. Although, that still wouldn't be a good trade because New Jersey would be current Toronto Raptors (One strong player, then rest lacking behind).

| Heisley's a prick...I bet Mayo was offered, he just didn't want to media to bash him for even thinking about trading CP3.
If anyone, they need to get rid of Collison...he has a high trade value at this point.

| Well, they need to either build around Collison or trade him out. I want to see something done with the Hornets and Memphis, that would be a good deal with OJ Mayo for CP3. But right now, I think it would be just best to wait. | |

| I've been seeing some threads on RBT about the Pacers needing a PG...Pacers need a good PG, Hornets need a good SF....CP3 for Danny Granger? | |

| Mine Dunleavy is good enough...for Indiana standards, that is.
The Hornets would still have Darren Collison

I like this, we need more general managers like you. That would really be a good deal though. The Pacers really lack the Point Guard, and Danny Granger as a Small Forward for the Hornets would be good. I think not only would it be good for the teams as playing, but also good economically. Brining Chris Paul to Indiana, a team that I haven't even realized they were there the past few seasons since Reggie Miller left, and bringing Danny Granger the most "underrated" superstar in the league and would really bring him "out there" to people if he goes to New Orleans. I think it would be a beyond great of a trade.

| By Indiana standards, I mean that with what Indiana has, it's not too bad to have Dunleavy at SF.
Anyway, CP3 makes people better (Tyson Chandler, David West...), so Dunleavy probably wouldn't completely fail as a SF. CP3 would hit him up with nice passes for easy scores and whatnot.
Jones = Dahntay Jones? Oh, how I miss that guy :\. He won't really be an offensive option for CP3 to help, although he can hit an open 3 if he gets one.

| Not sayin he's bad..but he's not "a really good role player" as james put it.. but i guess dunleavy isnt too bad of an option. | |
