Spurs up 2-1 in series after win at home

First topic message reminder :

A great win for the Spurs tonight.

Dirk scored 35 points and Terry added 17 points; yet, the Mavs still lose. I should add though that Butler only scored a lousy 2 points.

Anyhooo, TD scores 25 points (11-18) and Parker chipped in with 23 points as well. Gino and Hill were alright as well.

Wow, an intense game though cause it kinda went back in forth...Spurs led in the first half and then the Mavericks briefly capture the lead in the 2nd half...but Spurs were able to pull out another victory.

So happy to see my Spurs leading in this series so far...I hope they can win the next game...thoughts guys?

We'll see. Yet I honestly don't know if I could watch them play like this for another series. If your team doesn't play with purpose and heart it's hard to be optimistic.

Especially with the way the Jazz are playing right now Nick C I wouldn't want to run into them if the Lakers make it out alive against a OKC team that's given them all that they can handle.

Gay and Chandler would be athletically pimp
If it's not Gay and Johnson = Dirk, Johnson, and Gallo would be off the wall pimp

If Dirk goes FA, which I doubt, how about Dirk as the new starting center for the Washington Wizards. With Blatche and him together, they'd play off of each other between center and power forward? I wouldn't count out Dallas just yet though.

To be honest Utah doesn't scare me at all. Lakers own them. But OKC is just a match up problem from hell, that all Laker fans (well the smart ones) didn't want to match up against this early. I had the series going 6 games... so I'm on target, but this could easily go 7 with the Lakers on the wrong end of it.

Good luck with Dirk leaving Dallas early (He's not going to opt out of his contract IMO). I don't see that happening.
