Cavs are FINALLY playing like a title contender.

I don't know what ignited the team's offense but they have improved 300% and Mo Williams is actually playing in the second half - like the best PG in the league - and might earn the All Star spot. His game in LA is so far the best I have seen from him. Parker, Moon, West, Z, Hickson, Varejao, LeBron and Shaq are also playing good.

And this all started after the loss to Mavericks without Dirk.

How long will this continue?

I think Blazers would get the better of healthy Rockets because we have better team chemistry and better offensive power....

My point exactly. But this is something that can never be proven since both teams are injury prone. Especially the Blazers. It's like a curse has hit them this year. But the Rockets are looking to somehow get Chris Bosh. If that happens then look at next year's team...

They wouldn't start Scola, since Bosh is NOT a SF.

They would move Bosh up to SF because he can shoot. Ariza plays SG this year and he is a SF, but do to the lack of SG's on the team he had to get moved up.

Lets see what it looks like though...

...That acutally looks pretty good. You can actually have Scola coming off the bench which add depth to the bench.

Scola coming off the bench is great. Let's say Yao is injured, you put Bosh at C and Scola as PF. Bosh is injured, Scola starts for him. Ariza gets injured, Bosh at SF Scola at PF. Battier gets injured, Ariza at SG, Bosh at SF, and Scola as the PF.

It would be intersting macth up considering both teams's key players and bench healthy

Oden is the hall key to this.He needs to work with some Hall Of Famer like Russell to improve his game and make it even more better and he needs to stay healthy for his career.That's the key to the Blazers success.I would love to see Oden playing 70 games or better in each of the next season and when he develops it willl be championships/championships

I won't easily just say with no reason Blazers because that's beasty team in there.Best way would be for this team to meet in the next year's playoffs so we can see how would win.I doubt Oden will be back for the playoffs and i'm sure that Yao won;t be back either.I hope these both come back in the NBA next year healty and play over 70 games so we can see playoff series again and good match ups during the regular season

Yao and Bosh down low, they aren't too good defensively, but together they can stop pretty much any big man duo. Ariza and Batum. I wouldn't be surprised if Batum gets negative points. Brooks has tremendous defense, and I can see him Mind-Effing Andre Miller.
