He actually hasn't accepted the deal yet. He almost definitely will, and I'd be amazed if he didn't, but the title of the thread is wrong. It's an offer, not a signed contract yet. Hope he does take it and comes to Philly ready to play. I want to see him get this team to the playoffs, or at least back in the race before Lou Williams comes back.

Jordan is gonna need AI to be his next Gilby. I think AI will be a Sixer again, and the princeton will suit him relatively well

I think this is a dcent team. Speights is playing well this year. Louis Williams is playing well as well. Willie Green isn't so bad off the bench.

Young and Iggy can both score the ball. I think it brings a boost to Philly

Iverson for MIP

Iverson is going to be rejuvenated in Philly and put up 23-27 PPG I predict.

He's only 34 and he's not a washed up player. He just didn't fit in right with the Pistons, in Denver he was still scoring the basket but not the type of player that can take them over the top.

The 76ers lack a scorer other than Iguodala who's a good not great scorer. Same with Thaddeus Young who's a little bit behind Iguodala.

Iverson fits in perfectly. He'll give the 76ers some much needed points and a go to guy.

The crowd in Philly loves him and the arena will be hyped up again.

76ers attendance has been bad, and the game against the Grizzlies is the only one that sold tickets because people expected to see AI.

Iverson will have a bounceback year in Philly. This is the perfect situation for him to still play his game the way he always his

Allen cried in his conference. Is he truly appreciative to play in Philly or is he just stopgap for Lou, or is he going to go back to his old ways again and be the ballhog, who will complain when Eddie Jordan doesn't like how he doesn't get Iggy and Carney and Dalembert involved?

not sure how much Iverson has left in the tank at this point, but it does make a great story for the city and for the team. Still they are no where near a contender and will not likely change all that much with A.I.

About time a Team signed AI, he's to good to retire so early, He has quite awhile of mileage to go, and it's not smart to let it waste. I dont know if the Sixers will give him a chance to win a ring, but it's better for him to try and get one with them then retire early and do nothing.

I'm very happy for A.I. that he is back at Philly! massive news, well see how he goes in a few days in his debut at home. Wonder what will happen though when Lou Williams comes back?
