I personally think this is great for the 76ers and Allen Iverson to be back in the city where he made a name for himself and a franchise he helped elevated in the early 2000s.

I can't wait to see the crowd erupt when he gets introduced for the first time.

Chamberlain really isn't known as a Sixer in my eyes. I see him more of a Warrior/Laker. Julius Erving is 2nd all-time to me cause he has most of his career milestones as a 76er & he won championships there, same as Moses Malone, Charles Barkley was a beast in Philly so dynamic and deserves to be on the list, and Cunningham and Mo have done more for Philly than what Deke has. Deke is a Hawk in my eyes. Wilt is great enough to make my list, but at the 4 spot being that I see most of his milestones as a Warrior/Laker.

Did he accept it?

Cuz in the article....it only says that the Sixers offered it him....but there is nothing about him accepting the contract...

Toronto: There's definitely 30 mpg available in Toronto. With Jose Calderon and Hedo Turkoglu, Iverson would have little-to-zero facilitating responsibilities and could focus strictly on scoring. And, although a Calderon/Iverson backcourt is about as bad defensively as Nash/Iverson, what Iverson would bring with him is more important. The Raptors have been soft and essentially swag-less since Charles Oakley bounced and Vince Carter gave up. What you have now is fairly talented team with a lot of potential, but missing a strut in their steps. If nothing else, Iverson gives the Raptors some machismo. And the hoops-crazed fans in Ontario would love him. In terms of effort, he's the anti-VC.

But... Iverson... He sucks now!
