I only jumped out with Griffins 1st attempt in the 1st dunk. All of DeMar DeRozan's dunk attempts. He should have won.

I only jumped out with Griffins 1st attempt in the 1st dunk. DeRozen's cool dunk... dunno' which attempt. Blakes first. McGee's double dunk. Not the 3 balls... that was lame. Serge's free throw line dunk.

| Um... okay. It was better than McGee's last dunk. So Blake still wins. | |

I can only imagine how hard it is to throw a pass out of the skylight. I think it's what really made me like this dunk.

| damn, DDR falls short once again. I was rooting for him...awwwww... I think he was the only participant to get his dunk right on the first try this year!!!
Anyhoo, much better than last year's joke of a slam dunk contest. All the participants were actually good and everyone had a memorable dunk.
Sooo happy that Pierce did not win 3 point shootout. Indifferent to the Skills Challenge...just happy that some adolescents won some college money.
Rooting for Team Texas of course; but that clearly did not work out haha.
Overall, pretty good Saturday night!

Overall, pretty good Saturday night! DeRozan's were great. But Serge's free-throw line dunk was on the first try, Blake's Vince Carter-esque elbow dunk was too. So was the insanely awesome and challenging one where Baron threw it out of the skylight (which I loved).

| The contest was too prop oriented
I mean, they get a 4 year old asian kid with a mohawk to complain to cheryl miller that his toy lion/bear/whatever is up on the rim. Ibaka's plan is to capture the prety with his teeth, which is surely some african ritual before eating raw meat. So Ibaka tries, and misses. so they have to reattach the toy to the rim. therefore bullying the child.
Oh yeah and I was so mad when DDR was 1 point shy of a tie breaker. He was the only guy who didn't use any props. He tweeted that he's not gonna be in any dunk contests unless they're in T.O.
I had respect for Griffin till he brought out a choir

That car dunk was sweet indeed; I just wished he jumped over the hood of the car instead of the front...but still awesome. I could have done without the choir though haha...kinda redundant to me.

Blake only used props on his last dunk, which was smart to do... and Kenny is now cool in my book.
