| Kobe passed the ball... But everytime he passed it to Gasol, his soft ass was shut down and ended up throwing up some BS... Kobe had no choice but to try and take over own his own. | |

| When Rondo went in for that easy lay-up; then I came to the conclusion that the Lakers were fini.
Mark Jackson was so dumb again - when Kobe was making shots in the 4th, he said something like how Kobe was putting the Celtics to bed (meaning that Kobe was gonna close out the game against the Celts), but he spoke waaaaay too soon. He needs to calm down and wait until the game is over before he makes such comments.

I meant the team Abdul... not just Kobe. That being said he didn't really try to be a play-maker. But overall I meant the team didn't pass.

| Damnnnn Lakers!
They really gotta start stepping up in these big games...they look terrible when playing their teams at their level, and they can't even beat teams that are worse than them. I know the Lakers are going to be the 1 seed/2 seed in the playoffs, whatever, but from the looks of it, as of now, it doesn't look very bright for the Lakers. Kobe must have taken 11 straight shots at the end. The rest of the team didn't really seem to care about this game that much, except for Kobe. Gasol was negated with ease. The Lakers' interior defense was horrid, allowing Big Baby, Garnett, Perkinds, etc. to get inside the paint every time. And for a team like the Lakers to get only like 25-30 rebounds? That's just sad. They need to pick it up, and fast. The Lakers are not the same team as last year, or the year before. Period.

| Meh...Mark Jackson knows basketball but his voice is just so boring and monotone that I just want him to shut the hell up after awhile because I start falling to sleep. JVG knows basketball as well, but he makes the most idiotic statements and has to have one of the bitchiest voices on TV.
Actually, ESPN just needs better commentators in general, TNT is wooping their sorry ass with the awesomeness of Charles Barkley and Kevin Harlan combined.

I didn't say anything about his commentary... I just am not a fan of his catch phrases and his voice. Van Gundy knows basketball, but he's also annoying. They both have basketball knowledge, but I personally don't care to listen to either one through a whole game.

Mama, there goes that man! LOL! and agreeeeee Nick; he is one of the most irritating commentators on ESPN period. Prefer TNT commentators anyday; I am never enticed to press the mute button when I hear those guys talk. But I love Hubie Brown and Jon Barry's commentary though.

Well... until he needs a nap. Man, that guy knows everything about basketball and has seen it all.

Yes he did. He lost his balance because of Ray Allen and regained it with the travel.
