| Hedo- To have an amazing season (contract year) even going as far to take a team to the NBA finals. TO have a team sign you to a top paying contract, and only average 9 points a game..
..If Joe leaves, we're getting Dwade btw..

| No...because Hedo is an unathletic, one-dimensional player who doesn't even attempt to play defense..
JJ on the other hand is almost the opposite....

| If he actually gives a damn about the state of his new team (that is, if he actually does leave) and cares about winning a championship; and not only concerned about the moolah...then I don't think he will "Hedo". | |

| He could But I think the whole reason he is even considering becoming a free agent is because he wants to go to a champtionship contender team.
So if he does leave, I dont think he will do a "hedo"

| Man...Magic fans have worse home-team bias than Cavs fans did about Boozer.
Nobody ever said anything bad about hedo when he was in Orlando, now everybody hates him. Like Boozer. (:

| CBI, don't tell me I actually liked Hedo in Orlando. I didn't. I hated his style. I like true Point Guards. Nobody wants their huge Small Forward bringing the ball down the court. He wasn't even among the top shooters on the team? Lewis, best. Nelson, next best. Pietrus, beast. Redick, Lee! That's 5 that are better shooters than him. Hedo wanted 10 million dollars. That's very over-rated. Bringing in Anderson, Carter, Barnes, Bass, Williams, and giving up Turkuglo, Lee, Battie, and Alston? Not to mention a healthy Jameer Nelson. I disagree with the trade that sent Lee to New Jersey, as he could have been trained to become the top scorer on the roster for us in a few years. Carter is short-time success, which is stupid, when you see how young the two leaders of the Magic are (Nelson & Howard). | |

| Yeah. But you never said anything bad about him. Because he got the job done. Then when he leaves, everybody says he sucked.
Nothing wrong w/ that...I do it w/ Boozer. Just saying. Its kinda funny to see.
And huge small forwards bringing the ball down the court is awesome. ...LBJ.

| If you want the SF's to bring the ball down, why do you have a Point Guard? Might as well start Pietrus or Gortat over Alston in that word. And I've always hated him. Always. His success came from the team that would have been centered around him, the Magic. | |

| Lets trade Dwight Howard for Luc Mbah A Moute, because his name is awesome like that? No. A point guard's duty is to lead an offense, start it. Not shooting purposes. Pietrus can shoot, let's start him over Nelson? No. | |

| Uhh...KONJ...look at the Raptors. They are underachieving with Hedo and the Magic are overachieving without him. | |

| I think Hedo played much better for the Magic than he currently is for the Raptors because when he played for the Magic, he was under the direction of Stan Van Gundy. That man seems like a person that does not take crap from any player, so Hedo was obliged to get the job done on the court or Stan would practically be up his behind.
Even before when he played for the Spurs, Pop was his coach and you all know how Pop can be...so there was no way in hell that Hedo could slack or he would have gotten an earful.
Now that he is playing on the Raptors under a softy coach (Triano) and a GM that is practically a fan for Euro players and Hedo in particular (Colangelo), Hedo figures that he could get away with anything. Not to mention, he is getting a crapload of cash...so he figures that he doesn't have to do squat. Hence his nonchalent/relaxed approach he is taking when it comes to games this season.
Hedo is a decent (keyword: decent) player but his attitude on/off the court is disgusting to say the least.

And I've always hated him. Always. His success came from the team that would have been centered around him, the Magic. Well, Orlando ran kind of a two PG system with Hedo and Jameer or Rafer. That is a good thing. Players positions offensively can be different than defensive assignments if they play man to man, which is usually the case. Any player can bring the ball down really, because it is what it is. The PG or the playcaller can be almost anyone if they know who to get the ball to when they don't expect to chuck it up after getting right behind the three point line. Cleveland is the best example of lineups that change on offense and defense. Offensively, this is their team: PG - LeBron (he does a lot of play calling and he dishes the ball for the oomph more than Williams) SG - Mo Williams (PG in game notes only) SF - Big Candace PF - Afroman or Hickson C - The Shaggalier (he Shags the Wizards wives on demand) Defensively, we know that LeBron is the size of Dwight Howard with the speed of Allen Iverson in his heyday. Why not shift LeBron to defend bigger guys when the Cavs are on Man to Man? It's still a major mismatch though against the Lakers, Ron Ron is a BIG guy in a 6'7" in shoes frame. Defends PG - Mo Williams SG - Anthony Parker SF - LeBron James PF - Varejao/Hickson C- Shaq This lineup is how they announce it on the PA and the game notes.
