I'd have to say Marc Gasol for the Memphis Grizzlies. I knew he'd improve, but he's averaging 14 and 10 with a solid rebounder (and malcontent) Zach Randolph playing next to him and Rudy Gay averaging a career high in rebounds..

I've been impressed with Oden and Bynum's steady improvment.. but I wouldn't consider either one a sleeper. Just improved.

Hes been playing great since Tyrus got hurt.

Yeah,Joakim Noah is averging 12,3 RPG which ranks him among Top 5 rebounding leaders,plus he;s good in blockings and overall game

Joakim Noah. I'm pretty sure he's averaging a double double and got near 20 rebounds against the Nuggets.

Not Greg Oden.
