Billups.

Better player overall, and has won a Finals MVP (Finals MVP-Championship Ring Package). He has proved he can lead his team, and his Pistons were contenders more than half the season. All I see Kidd doing is racking up stats. (and beating his wife )

Jason Kidd. Not just because I am a Maverick fan, but because Kidd has set NBA triple-double records this decade, surpassed Magic Johnson on the All-time assist list, and has been consistantly an All-Star caliber player up until these two recent years, where he still hasn't been bad.
Chauncey Billups has won an NBA title plus Finals MVP awards, been a consistent All-Star, and revamped the Denver Nuggets, but in this decade, Jason Kidd has cemented his future position as a Hall-of Famer. His name is literally among greats.

The reason is all around game,impact and contributing to his team.The value of the triple double is that you contribute on lots of thing for your team to win,not mention that great perimeter defensive skills Kidd had and fantastic ability to score.Give him the Detroit Pistons in 2004 and he would do it as well
