asik and casspi = scrubs
sessions = meh backup PG
harrington = meh backup PF
perkins = great defensive C, terrible offensive C

for

carlos boozer = 20/10 guy every year, all star PF
nene = meh defensively, amazing offensively, borderline All-Star
hedo turkoglu = meh backup SF


so john, you basically just traded 2 All-Stars and an ok SF for some scrubs, an ok SF, and a good, but not great C.

you've fucked up your team beyond imagination.

Asik is one of the best pick and screen setters in the league. The Bulls wouldnt trade him for a SG, something they needed badly.
Casspi has shown to be a good SF when he gets the minutes.
Sessions played out of his mind the middle of last season, a consistent double double... all those assists with Cav teammates? He's not a meh backup, he's a very good backup.
Harrington, old but still can score 20 any given day. Probably meh, yeah.
Perkins... got that right.

John needed depth. He got depth. He also finally got rid of tukglo so we dont have to hear his lopsided offers. Seriously, this wasnt that bad of a trade. Dwayne wins, but John gets what he was looking for. Also Loozer sucks balls.

OK, but John's team, like yours , lacks star power. And when you give up 2 of your team's 3 best players for bench depth, I don't see how it benefits you in the long run.

He has Kobe. He got rid of Loozer who nobody is high on. Not even 2k11. Now if he needs to he probably package some of those depth guys for a Deng level player. Also did I mention that he gains points for getting rid of Tukglu?

I think he's starting Sessions, but yeah I understand his starters arent as good but now he has breathign room to make moves with the two extra role players. He should not have given up Nene or taken Perkins though.

Also, it's not like it's the worst trade he's made. Definitely favored Dwayne, but at least there were some positive tangibles to it. Probably should've left Nene/Perkins out of the swap, but even so...he was really excited to have made this trade. Says it's a 50 win team...
