| Both teams have been playing pretty well in the past couple of months.
Do you guys think either team could make a run?

| Both should be taken seriously Philly just beat the Celtics while Memphis has a deep front-court. | |

| Iggy is on fucking rampage.
I don't think they can do something in the Play-Offs tho. Neither Memphis.

| idk... if they get matched up with the right team in the first round, they could upset them.
memphis beat Dallas 3 outta 4 times this year. 2 times it was in Dallas. One of the times in Dallas was without Rudy Gay.
If they can get matched up with them somehow, maybe they can upset them? I mean... the Warriors did it to the Mavs.
and the Sixers are a very deep team. and since January started, they're 21-10... one of the better record in the East during that time. 1 thing that can hurt them though is their D downlow.

| Like others said...the teams could do damage against the right match-up...
Memphis against Denver or Dallas or maybe even OKC And Philly would do well against perimeter oriented teams such as Heat, Hawks, etc

| Very seriously, depending on how the regular season series went, but still they should take this seriously. Chicago a couple years back did a lot of damage as a 7 seed, Atlanta almost pulled it off as an 8 seed in 2008. Golden State and NY have pulled off the unthinkable as 8 seeds. | |

| I forgot what it is, but the 6ers have a banging record since the break, they are on a tear. | |

| I say you have to take them somewhat seriously
For the Grizzlies Mike Conley Jr is having a pretty good year at PG. They got alot of interior strength with both Zach Randolph who's a 20-10 machine and Marc Gasol downlow. Shane Battier was a great pickup he does alot well especially on D. They'll be getting Rudy Gay back soon too. OJ Mayo has been a disappointment this year but is a talented player that can score some points. Problem for Memphis is they don't have alot of talent on the bench. Tony Allen is their bench player, and you won't get too much out of Darrell Arthur, Greivis Vasquez, and Hamed Haddadai. Memphis is a very talented team that would be tough to play. They've beaten the Lakers twice, Mavericks twice, Spurs, and Heat this year.
The Sixers play hard and are a really solid defensive team. They'll thrive more playing against a perimeter oriented team. They don't have a real true Center where they have Mareese Speights,Spencer Hawes, and at times Elton Brand playing most of the time. They have alot of versatiles players on the wings who are solid defenders like Thaddeus Young, Andre Iguodala can do alot. Evan Turner is slowly coming along and starting to have some decent games too even if he hasn't had the rookie campaign people expected. Jodie Meeks is a solid scoring 2 guard and has lit it up at times this year(seen him do it against my Bulls). Jrue Holiday and Louis Williams a good PG combo two underrated PGs. The Sixers are well coached by Doug Collins, play great D especially on the perimeter, and have alot of versatile and solid players despite having no real star. Sixers have beaten the likes of the Celtics, Spurs, Bulls, Knicks 2x, Magic this season
