You're favorite team's least favorite transaction?

Things the Magic have done that I HATE:

1. Trading my man crush Courtney Lee for overpaid and inconsistant Vince Carter. Not to mention a really good PG in Alston was also traded away..
2. Drafting Orton in the 2010 Draft. The guy is pretty horrible, has a good ethic, but still horrible.
3. Signing Rashard for how much they did. They wanted to make sure that they got him, because without him literally none of this success would be happening (his versatility at SF/PF + his amazing shooting ability in the clutch). Although they should have known no one else would pay THAT much for a swingman.

100% agreed on...

Carter... fail
Lewis... Semi-fail but shouldnt of signed him for that much

Not trade but kicking Pritchard out was poor call

Patrick Ewing along with Chris Dudley for:

1. a over-the-top Glenn Rice
2. a over-the-top Vernon Maxwell
3. a bunch of scrubs: Luc Longley, Travis Knight, Vladimir Stepania, & Lazaro Borrell


eff Scott Layden he started all the mess of a once great franchise and Isiah Thomas later dragged it on for even longer. Having James Dolan as the owner never helped none either.


Hated Layden's Latrell Sprewell for Keith Van Horn trade as well on draft night that season.

Least favorite transaction... letting Z get away. I actually like most of the moves the cavs make. when they first aquired larry hughes that sucked but he's not even with the team anymore so its cool

trading Elton Brand when he was a 20/10 guy for Tyson Chandler...

I was so pissed about that at the time... Brand ended up being a very solid player for the clippers... chandler.. uh.. well he's gonna be on his 4th team in 5 years.

Signing Barnes...he's a really good guy to add to bolster the bench, but still...don't like him.

I'm sure I'll be arguing that he's the best backup SF in the league come midseason.

Letting go Beno Udrih (he's a solid player) and keeping Jacques Vaughn.

Spurs also had Scola at one point as well and traded him too.

BTW, Nenad, we just signed Pargo, I know he used to be beast with the Hornets but how was he with the Bulls last year?

u should have found a way to hold onto Watson.... Pargo isn't really good at all. Since he doesn't get much playing time, when he's out there... he takes as many shots as he can. A lot of them are bad shots.

I would have preferred Rose playing 48 MPG and getting tired than Pargo playing at all..

but who knows, in your offense he might do good.

I really wish we kept CJ...you'll fall in love with him halfway thru the season...the dude can get STEALS and finish allllllll the time...I remember one game he got 6 steals in one quarter with limited playing time. You guys are hella lucky...lol.

yeah, I didn't see much of him.. so I looked up vids and read up on him and he really seems like a good player. Warriors fans seem to really like him too.
