| Kobe averaged 29 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists a game in the Finals.
So even though I believe it should be Sasha Vujacic, Kobe gets it...

Winning the championship is more important than who wins MVP.

| kobe, even on a bad shooting night, had as big as an impact on this game as gasol. gasol was awful defensively and didn't shoot very well either. kobe nearly had as many boards and helped hold allen to 3-14. only one player for boston shot over 50%. it was garnett. he carried them far more than gasol post - OKC, and even then, he was about even. | |

| They got it right... today the first part KOBE was horrible.... BUT at the end I was feeling more relaxed he had huge rebounds ... simple... he won MVP... lakers won and the end of that .. | |

| Ok I gave Gasol two votes. By mistake. Once before I signed in, once after I signed in... so basically everybody can vote twice lol.
Anyway I think Gasol deserved it. I don't see how Kobe was more valuable than Gasol.

| game one lakers win
gasol- 23 points, 14 boards, 3 assists, a steal, 3 blocks, 3 TOs in 47 minutes kobe- 30 points, 7 rebs, 6 asts, 1 stl, 1 blk, 4 tos in 39 minutes
game two lakers lose
gasol- 25 pts, 8 rebs, 3 asts, 1 stl, 6 blks 1 TO in 42 minutes kobe- 21 pts, 5 rbs, 6 asts, 4 stls, 5 TOs in 34 mins
game three lakers win
gasol- 13 pts, 10 rebs, 4 asts, 2 blks 1 TO in 39 minutes kobe- 29 pts, 7 rebs, 4 asts, 2 stls, 3 blks, 1 To in 44 minutes
game four lakers lose
gasol- 21 pts, 6 rebs, 3 asts, 2 blks, 4 TOs in 44 minutes kobe- 33 pts, 6 rebs, 2 asts, 2 stls, 7 TOs in 43 minutes
game five lakers lose
gasol- 12 pts, 12 rebs, 2 stls, 1 TO in 38 mins kobe- 38 pts, 5 rebs , 4 asts, 1 stl, 1 blk, 4 TOs in 44 mins
game six lakers win
gasol- 17 pts, 13 rebs, 9 asts, 1 stl, 3 blks, 2 TOs in 41 mins kobe- 26 pts, 11 rebs, 3 asts, 4 stls, 2 TOs in 40 mins
game seven lakers win
gasol- 19 pts, 18 rebs, 4 asts, 2 blks, 1 TO in 42 mins kobe- 23 pts, 15 rebs, 2 asts, 1 stl, 4 TOs in 45 mins
garnett had a good series, ray allen didnt
gasol 18.5 ppg, 11.5 rpg, 3.7 apg, 0.5 spg, 2.4 bpg, 1.4 TOpg, 41 mpg kobe 28.5 ppg, 8 rpg, 3.8 apg, 2.1 spg, 0.7 bpg, 3.8 TOpg, 41 mpg
so kobe scored better(but shot awful), rebounded almost as good as gasol for his size, gasol passed just as well as kobe, kobe got more steals(wont really hold that against pau), pau got more blocks than kobe(wont hold that against kobe), kobe had a TO problem, kobe played better d on ray allen then pau did on KG and they played the same amoung of mpg
I was originally all kobe.. but looking at the stats you could really go either way... im still taking kobe

I don't get why people think she's hot. She does nothing for me. My sales rep looks like her, but more... um... I'll stop there. I don't want this to somehow come back to me.

| Sharapova is tennis hot. Not all-around hot.
Anyway...I'll still go with Kobe... Except the 1st quarters of games.....the whole offense was predicated around him... And so without him...Pau wouldn't have gotten the looks he had...
I mean....when the Celtics won the championship...Ray Allen had better numbers than Paul Pierce... But do you honestly think that Ray Allen would've gotten those looks if it weren't for PP penetrating and setting other people up?
Thats why I believe Kobe deserves to be the MVP

Lmao...I know...I've looked through and pretty much only seen Kibby definitively say Gasol, but Gasol has more than twice as many votes as Kobe.
