| Rutgers mostly needs somebody that can recruit
the problem is they haven't recruited well outside of getting Mike Rosario who was a big time prospect. They just simply dont' have the talent to compete right now
I think bringing Al Skinner into Rutgers would be a good thing. He did a good job at Boston College when they were in the Big East. He knows how to win and recruit Big East talent and knows the in and outs of the conference
I think Rutgers should go after Al Skinner to try to ressurect a bottom feeding basketball program | |

| I'd say Fraschilla, Skinner, and Eddie Jordan are the top candidates. Gaudio also should be in the mix. | |
