this thread will be dedicated to taking about the players who declared for the Draft and how they shape up in the NBA, how it will affect their College teams, and how it will effect certain NBA teams

FIVE yes FIVE of Kentucky's players have just left and declared for the Draft

G John Wall, G Eric Bledson, C Demarcus Cousins, F Patrick Patterson, and C Daniel Orton all declared for the NBA

cousins still got potential meat to add to his game, learn how to strengthen up in the post against players like howard etc. its gonna be hard but i reackon if he you give him a good role he will come through.

btw... Xavier Henry from KU and Lance Stephenson just declared for the NBA Draft!

Kentucky will be able to recruit another great class or two in the short term....

But if you see more one and dones there, the program will go downhill. Kentucky wants to win at all costs, but only if they don't face major probation down the road, *cough cough*

I think Andy Rautins is also declaring for the draft; at least it seemed like he is when he made a guest appearance on a Canadian sports show (he hinted at doing so).

Evan Turner has declared for the Draft. Will be a Top 3 pick I believe

And SRF, Andy Rautins was a senior so it was his last year at Syracuse

Apparently, Patrick Patterson of Kentucky has not decided whether or not he will be a grad student next season.

I think he's gonna declare for the draft anyway. Still, it's a little shady that the program is trying to usher him out like that. At least Patterson is graduating this year, so I don't have a problem with him leaving at all. At least if he stays next year, he can start masters degree work and be UK's all time scoring leader.

I think he's going to stay too. Daniel Orton is questionable he hasn't done anything.

Kentucky will barely be a Top 25 team next year I think. These recruits left aren't anywhere near as good as the class they had this year

Derrick Favors declared for the Draft a few days ago

and Ed Davis declared today. Big blows for my teams

I've been waiting for Davis to declare. Now I'm waiting to see what Singler decides...for some reason I think he'll stay, but I wouldn't be surprised in the least if he declared.

I think Singler stays too. I hope he declares though

also Devin Ebanks of West Virginia declared for the Draft today and is hiring an agent. Huge blow for the Mountaineers. I thought he needed an extra year

I'm not surprised by Banks, considering what a hyped recruit he was, but it seems like a junior year would have done him a world of good...can't blame him, though, if he's going to be a first round pick.

He'll be a 1st Round pick based on potential but needs alot of work. His offensive game isn't solid enough yet and he's still really thin and needs to bulk up

Wes Johnson would be a fit with the Wiz.

I'd like to see Jordan Crawford get Drafted by the Bulls at 18. Would be perfect for me

Herb Pope at Seton Hall needs to seriously reconsider leaving. He's not even going to get Drafted

and Ed Davis leaving UNC was surprising after ending the season with an injury. He hurt his stock from last year and the timing was wierd. I'm kind of surprised and wish he cameback
