lol, it wasn't really epic battle but it was a decent game.

Both teams focused more on the defensive end than the offensive.

It was close but thanks to Shannon Brown bricking some of the last shots we won..if it was Kobe we would have been blowed out or at least lose.

Did you enjoy the match?
I didn't, a win vs Lakers Kobe-less is not a big deal imo.

Yeah I enjoyed it lol, Very gritty physical game. People were getting posterized. Best game so far this season haha. Kinda happy we were still in the game even though we shot bad and no Kobe. Very Intense game, playoff atomosphere, you can tell these teams hate each other. Mad

Great game for the Celtics especally for Ray Allen.His shot worked and it was enough for the Celtics.Everyone did well from the Celtics,fantastic

When i was watching the highlights on nba.com man Rondo's jump shot which he made kind had good relase and then Ray's shot work of art.....

Yeap,many people getting posterized was intense too

Im happy about the win but Boston wasn't so good yesterday, they had so many chances to end the game early but they didn't, that's why im not proud of, we should have blow out this Laker team.We still need much work.

One of the reason why you couldn't blow out them because it was much more defensive oriented and idk why did Phill Jackson called time out when Odom had good chances at taking and making that game winning shot

You know...because they only beat us by 1 without Kobe..

And the game was pretty intense lol..
But the Lakers' defense kinda let up at the end...
But still overall...very happy...

If only we had that one dude...

I watched up until the 3rd quarter. Allen was shooting the lights out. If Kobe played, I'm pretty sure the Lakers could have won this. Celtics failed to close it out. With House gone, and Nate not playing, Celtics backcourt had to go big, and they sometimes played Marquis Daniels their. Lakers took advantage of that with their quick guards.
Solid game. Good win for the Celtics, but beating a LAker team without Kobe doesn't say much.

Oh lol. Yea Boston would of lost, If Kobe was around. But Fisher taking the shot was fine. But Shannon made some mistakes at the end..eeek.

Artest +Odom were soo physical, Artest was ripping Rebounds away from K.G like it was nothing, and Odom was scrapping with K.G and Perkins. Bynum showed some emotion. This is what i was looking for All season, and when Artest signed with L.A. We wanted toughness, we wanted Hustle, We wanted Emotion. So I could care less about this loss, I think they finally woke up.

one of odoms rebounds were awesome... i think derek fisher missed a shot..odom just FLEW IN all the way from the perimeter....

Yea, Odom and Artest are stepping up. Whenever we play the Celtics, it's like a playoff game.

I think when Kobe coems back, Lakers are going to be rolling. It seems like the teams finally woke up, like you said. When Kobe is back, I think the guys will continue playing at a high level like now, and Kobe won't have to score as much.

Odom should have taken the last shot

I'm not saying D-Fish taking the last shot wasn't good idea but Phill made a big mistake with calling timeout when his team had good position to win the game,i think Odom could have made the shot

That was the worst decision he made on the game which IMO costed the Lakers winning game.Well if he had to call a time out he should have called it much earlier not 2,8 seconds before the end and when Odom had chance of getting good shot release not like Fisher's much more difficult,more contested shot attempt

Darko, Pau Gasol called Timeout when Odom got the rebound, with like 5-6 secs left. But the Refs didn't blow the whistle till 2.2 secs left.
