| I dont think either of them are much good
Doc is overrated as hell and is a b*tchy baby like the rest of his team
SVG is a good coach but he would annoy the hell outta me
MB has no offensive playbook. He even admitted he doesnt coach offense
Mike Woodson....isnt that good.....
I'll go with STV cause he is a real motivator. | |

| Van Gundy is a beast coach...look what he did to a poor Orlando franchise within two years...he took them all the way to the Finals and even though they lost, it would still be an AMAZING accomplishment for any second-year coach to reach the Finals. Not to mention he is widely considered one of the best motivators in the league. | |

| Mike Woodson is the best choice. He coached a horrible team and saw them gradually grow into a contender. Patience pays, but we have so little of it in pro sports. | |
