| People are too harsh on Kevin Martin. I mean the Kings got off to a bad start this season and all of a sudden when Kevin Martin got injured they started to win games and people began to say that Kevin Martin brings down the Kings and that they are better without him.
Personally, I think that this is very unfair in saying cause teams have stretches where they are losing games and it is unfair to say that the Kings are better w/o Martin because we haven't seen Martin play with the team when they hit their win streak of theirs. Give the guy a chance he is the best offensive player on the Kings and to tell you the truth the Kings have solid players and a solid coach. They have the makings to surprise a lot of people. If K-Mart doesn't produce and the team reverts back to how they played last season then you can say K-Mart brings down the Kings. Until then people should just watch Martin coexist with the team. I mean in only his rookie season he hit that big playoff game winner against the Spurs that's gotta count for something. | |
