| Bring together a AI & T-MAC duo. These guys have a lot to prove and maybe joining AI, a guy who took a team all the way to the Finals can translate in finally getting T-Mac to advance passed the 1st round in the playoffs. They should get in a 3 way & offer up Dalembert (who's their only real C and not a good one at that) and Elton Brand for Tracy McGrady.

| There is something called the salary cap that will prevent this from happening...
And also....Sixers would have no C either... Speights is a good option.....but after him...who?
Sixers are good defensive team...no need to blow up everything and trade two washed up players to just get an even more washed up duo together.....

| They would trade for a C along with T-Mac, like a Nick Coliison that is why there's such thing as multiteam trades it hinders the salary cap. T-MAC is as good as gone no way Houston keeps him. A la Ben Wallace!!!Salary cap would have made him untradeable for the Bulls, but walla in came the Seattle Supersonics and Cleveland Cavaliers. | |

| McGrady wouldn't want to come off the bench anymore than Iverson. Cleveland still has the best shot at getting him (for Z and another player). With Shaq, JJ, Andy, and Powe eventually coming back, they really don't need the big guy anymore. Trading him, and Parker or Moon, for McGrady would make a lot of sense. | |

| Lets say even that Cleveland would give up both moon and Parker. Possible lineups: Starters Mo Mo Mo T-Mac West West LeBron McGrady McGrady JJ LeBron LeBron Shaq Andy Shaq Bench Andy Shaq Andy West JJ JJ Personally I like the first lineup, with Powe eventually coming back, and Gibson off the bench as well, that would be a hell of a lineup | |

| 76ers and T-Mac? noooo
they already have Iguodals who plays pretty much the same position as T-Mac.. the 2 and 3 spot.
and Iguodala will probably play the 3 spot now that A.I is there.... so I don't see how T-Mac fits in

| Why not? Its the same as having KG, Pierce, and Allen. Or Kobe, Artest, Gasol, and Bynum. | |

| Well, I still don't think Houston is stupid enough to trade their best player for a washed up Center and a bench player. When T-Mac comes back this season, they'll be even tougher. McGrady and Yao, imo, are both Top 10-15 players in the league when healthy. If they can find their touch, they'll do great, again. This time with Ariza. Brooks McGrady Ariza Scola Yao On the bench you still have Battier, Hayes, Budinger, Landry, and Lowry. Put those 10 together, and see how much heart they have. They won't be NBA champions, but they can get past a lot of teams. | |

LeBron's ego + Shaq's ego = enough ego to give someone a migraine. add T-Mac to the mix... he will need his shots in order to stay happy... like 16-18 shots a game. that will cut into how many shots Shaq, LBJ and Mo take. bad for team chem. imo.

| I guess you don't read, SK. Houston doesn't want him, and adding a second solid defender on the perimeter, and someone with some actual height while Yao is out ( would be pretty good trade off (Z's contract is over at the end of the year, when Yao will be able to come back and take his spot). | |

| Since when is LeBron a selfish player? Sure he has a big ego, but he doesn't care about shot attempts, and why should Mo? Mo has never been a star, and had always had a point guard's mentality before joining Cleveland. What kind of egos does Boston have, by the way (Sheed, KG, Pierce, and Rondo)? They seem to get along fine. The point is, do you think, McGrady has just one year on his contract, just like Shaq. If he doesn't work out, he can be gone at the end of the season as well. Its a smart move for the Cavs should Housotn be willing to make it. | |

| LeBron isn't selfish when it comes to passing the ball. But even if he doesn't admit it, everyone knows he wants to be up there with the top scorers.... and i'm starting to think he might be passing the ball more so he can get a few more assists on his stat sheet. I didnt believe that before, but it kinda seems like it imo. but if they do get T-Mac and shaq, they'll clear like 40 million... that would be scary. thats the only Pus though. | |

| Philly can use almost anyone at this point or Eddie Jordan will lose his second job in as many years. | |

| So you don't think adding T-Mac (if healthy), would make the Cavs a tougher team to beat? | |

| if T-Mac was okay with taking 12-14 shots a game... then he COULD make them better.
he isn't even that good of a defender. He has a streaky outside shot and he def. lost some quickness.
he would be an upgrade over Anthony Parker and Moon.... but I dont think it would make the Cavs favorites to win the Championship.
and T-Mac/LBJ almost do the same exact thing on the court... LBJ is just better @ it.

| If T-Mac is doing the same things, then wouldn't that make things easier for LeBron?
He wouldn't get as much coverage from the defense, and would have a reliable wing player to help him out. Usually, when hes on the floor, it seems like hes going at the defense alone. Mo helps but hes really nothing more than a shooter with some point guard skills. The Cavs have no players that can consistently get and make their own shots other than LeBron. McGrady would give that to them.

| well T-Mac isn't nearly as good as he used to be. So a lot of teams would risk it and have only one man on him... which doesnt really help LBJ much.
but we won't know until we actually see what T-mac has left. Imo, he doesnt have it anymore... he's just another player in this league.
but if he still is the same old T-mac... then he'll obviouslt take some pressure off of LBJ... but the question is, will LBJ be happy with sharing the ball even MORE?
