Poor, Poor, Poor Marcus Camby!!!

He is way to good a player and still very complete even at his age to be on a franchise that doesn't respect it's coach and the players just don't work together. You saw how pissed he was last night as he scored his 14 and grabbed 6 boards, which you know his boards will only get higher as the season progresses. Camby still maintained his capability of having his midrange game and he showed he can still put the ball on the floor and dunk. Still athletic at age 34 even with the injuries. He had every right to be pissed I saw him nod his head at how the Clippers were playing more than 1 occassion. I mean the Lakers were practically toying with them and let them back into the game more than once without the Clippers taking advantage of the situation.

The team should be built around Chris Kaman/Blake Griffin and Gordon, Thornton, Smith, and Butler should all be on this team. Tear down the rest of the team. Camby is way too good to go through another year with this lifeless team. What I wouldn't give to have him back in NYC. He can give our bench passion and hustle and it would be good for him and Lee.

And only lost by 7. I think that's pretty damn good

If you saw the game you saw that the Lakers were toying with them and played the whole game in inconsistent spurts. The Clippers had every bit of an opportunity to take advantage of the situation, like most good teams would. But, they didn't showing they suck and Camby doesn't deserve that.

Clippers did well against the Lakers.If they had Grffin it was going to be more then 92 against the Lakers

What I wouldn't give to get Marcus Camby back in NYC. I say trade his expiring contract and obtain the ageless wonder by trading away either the expiring contracts of Nate Robinson or Larry Hughes.

I think Clippers would probably be looking for a big man in a trade. Especially with Griffin out.
