why dont we make a BAN for each thread, then just lock the thread, so no one can post?

Visa, my brother (sadly), is just like this. He's like this in real life also (sadly), although he would never say any of this to someones face because he is a "punk" and is afraid to talk to people in real life, but I a sure you that he thinks like this. He's a very weird kinda person, that attempts to piss lots of people of and he often succeeds at doing so (/Le sigh), he calls it "Keeping it real", when in all honesty he's just being a dick head and he knows it.
