Who's been worse 2009-10 Nets or 2010-11 Cavs?

Nets a year ago got off to and 0-18 start worst in NBA history and finished 12-70. At this point had only 4 or 5 wins a year ago.

Cavs are 8-47 now on a record 26 game losing streak. They've lost 37 of their last 38 now

Who's been worse 2010 Nets or 2011 Cavs? And do the Cavs surpass last years Nets win total?

Well the cavs offense is better now than the Nets offense was.. but the Nets D was better than the Cavs D is now. That's not saying much though since the Nets D was still bad.

and like you said, at this point of the season last year, the Nets only had 4 wins..

but the Cavs just set the record for most consecutive losses in a season..



I think I would have to say the Nets... but only because I'm assuming that the Cavs are gonna win more than 12.

I'm saying the Cavs are having the worse year.

1. Lost not one, but TWO franchise players in LeBron who got the glory, and Zydrunas who was the heart and soul of Cleveland for a decade. They also lost Shaq, leaving the Wild Man as the only remaining physical big on the roster.
2. They started decently and they on paper were living up to a return to the playoffs. Most of this team is made up of the last few Cleveland teams that were experiencing regular season and playoff success.
3. The team sometimes looks lost on defense and offense reverting to the Mike Brown schemes.....

I'd say the Nets cause i'm pretty sure they were healthy when they started 0-18 right? The Cavs are NOT healthy. At all.

Nets did have major injuries

they had a 6 man roster for a few games even. Cavs been decimated with injuries to though

I don't know how the Nets were so bad, they had talent and still do, but the Cavs I think are a worse team. They have no building blocks other than Sessions and Hickson.

The Nets played worse, but had a better team.

Sessions is not a building block. Gibson, Hickson and Andy V are the building blocks.

Sessions is better than Gibson. Who do you think is running the team? Check the game tape on who is racking up the big assists. Gibson is just a role player, like a miniature Mike Miller. He shoots threes.

Sessions has matured a lot this season, and i thought he was a little bit older but I really dont see him as the future of the Cavs. the Nba is shifting towards dominant point guards and i figure the cavs are gonna start looking for one and keep Gibson around as the shooter and Sessions will eventually become expendable.
