No he stepped down... thats what every single report is saying. Plus he was obviously getting tired of coaching a team that wasnt living up to his expectations and wasnt happy with some players, it was mutual and he stepped down. Like every single article is saying. Dont look so deeply into it.

He totally got fired. I mean why would he AND his coaching staff step down at the exact SAME time? It's kinda obvious that he and his coaching staff were fired. Jordan prolly did it Donald Trump style too :p
