I am hearing rumours that this story was fabricated and how he actually got into a fight which caused the injury. Not sure how true that theory is though.

that actually sounds true.. I've fallen a bunch of times [basketball, skateboarding, running, etc.] and I have never broken my hand, from falling.

But then again he is 6'8.. and weighs a lot more thna I do.. so there's more weight on that hand when he falls.. hahaha
