Will George Hill ever reach all-star level?

I was wondering if you ever think that George Hill could ever become an all-star. I mean he lacks a lot of offensive things, but he is great on defensive and is incredibly athletic.

29.2 Minutes Per Game
FG% .478
2.6 Rebounds Per Game
2.9 Assists Per Game
0.9 Steals Per Game
0.3 Blocks Per Game
12.4 Points Per Game

He's gradually improved in two seasons, pretty well. Hes playing behind a top 5 point guard in the game being Tony Parker. Do you think that George Hill could ever reach all-star level, or do you think his whack offensive game will keep him trailing.

Bonus Question: (Yay Y!A styled) I was debating to buy a George Hill jersey, worth it or not? You think he will stay with the Spurs long or not? (I currently do not know his deal with the team).

Tony Parker is 28, and I haven't heard many trade rumors with him. I think San Antonio wants to keep Parker, and he probably will have another few years. Unless George Hill is traded to another team (and this kinda answers your BQ), I don't think he will be anything besides a solid 6th man.

George Hill could become All Star but in order to do that,he needs to play in a team where he can get minutes and be productive as a starter.

Pop (at least for the playoffs and towards the end of the regular season) had Parker coming off the bench and had Hill start as PG; and it worked out very well and Pop seemed to like that rotation. So depending on how the off-season goes and whatnot...Hill might start this upcoming season...plus, he seems to be very high on Hill so it could be a permanent fixture. If that is the case, then yes...I think Hill has great potential to be a future all-star.

Agreeable, but to Raza: I kind of am believing the NY Knicks will maybe somehow land Parker. Also they did have Parker coming off the bench for George Hill in the playoffs, could be done this season. Pop seemed to like it.

I think it's because Tony Parker was coming off of his injury, so playing him 35+ minutes could be dangerous to his health
