Why don't admins have to aporve of new registarions to avoid people from troilling?

Like, someone registration, but can't start posting until an Admin aproves of them.

About the approving thing you dont know who is going to be a troll or not so its hard to hold people of not getting involved in the forum.

The only setting we can do on new users is this. We can disable new users, or we can have new users.

I could make a new account and join, and then troll. You don't know who will troll and who won't, so you can't really stop anyone from joining if you think they will troll

haha. No Big Bangz is back and eligible. All the admins had a long talk about our policy.

But I mean at that time when Big Bangz came, we had just posted the link bcak on Y!A and tons of trolls had come in, so we did a quick sweep through. like there was seriously a guy named "Troll".
Us admins couldn't help but to equate Big Bangz with troll.

Admittedly, we should have originally given him a chance, and there is no excuse, but we hadn;t established our "troll control" yet, and Big Bangz is back now, unless he starts trolling.
