| Not skill wise cause that's all there and doing just fine, but playing wise I think it has taken a bit of a decline. I mean yes Mo Williams in Cleveland playing with LeBron has faired well for him getting more media notice hence making the only All-star appearance of his career as of now. Yet, his stats are down from what they were in Milwaukee and his intangibles have taken a step down from what they were. Thus, making him a less diverse kind of player of his former self.
For instance in Milwaukee with less talent on his team than what he has now. Mo was able to dish out 6 or so assists a night and he had a couple of double digit assist nights. In Cleveland he averages 4 assists a night and this season 3 assists a night, which may not seem like that big of a drop off. But, he's passing the rock less and less of what he did in Milwaukee. I understand it's because LBJ23 controls the rock and serves more of a PG role in Cleveland than Mo, but his dropoff in passing may be why he has offensive lapses often.
Mo Williams was also a better defender in Milwaukee. He used to put forth more effort defensively in Milwaukee. In Cleveland he looks more for his offense it seems, which may result in his offensive lapses at times cause he isn't letting his game come to him. Same thing with his scoring numbers they are down in Cleveland of what they were in Milwaukee. Again understandable cause he has more scoring options in Cleveland than what he had in Milwaukee and that would explain why he went from averaging 18 PPG a night to 16+ a so a night. Again that doesn't soun like a huge dropoff, but again it can explain why he has the mental lapses he has at times he isn't letting the game come to him.
I don't know I think he was a more complete player in Milwaukee than what he is now. I kind of saw him as a Chauncey Billups in the making in Milwaukee. If you compared Billups's stats in Detroit to Williams's stats in Milwaukee as well as how they played you can see certain similarities. Now he's just another look to score 1st type PG.

| Mo Williams is good player.Consistant shooter and passer plus he has nice defense. His All-Star Apearances was bit lucky but if he gets in this year,he deserves it.He could assist more often but he just doesn't do that....and it isn't LeBron's falt.Yeah he dominates the ball but Mo should step out with his passing
Bottom line is this season he has been more consistant and on a better level this year.I hope he steps out even more in the playoffs where LeBron will need help

| As you pretty much implied in your post Tony, Mo's stats may have gone down because he is playing under a different system where Lebron does more of the passing and other team mates contributing on the offensive end. So, I would not say he has gotten worse at all, he is just simply adapting to a different system.
Plus, he is still an effective player and an essential piece to the Cavs. Apparently, when Mo scores in the double digits (I think it was 20 points but I forget), the Cavs are more likely to win (I heard that on TNT before).

| Mo Williams isn't consistant enough,he has improved that over last year and i'm expecting to see him going on 20 ppg in the playoffs.Yeah, you heard me well.20 ppg will be enough to help of LeBron.... | |

| I think he's a very good player. Jazz fell off they could have had a great 2 PG starting system. Better than that of D.Will/D.Fish with D.Will/Mo.Will. If they just kept the player that they drafted instead of sending him to Milwaukee. | |

| Mo Williams' talent is one of the best in the league. I honestly haven't seen a single game with him in Milwaukee but in Cleveland he is playing really good.
As for the number of assists, as you said there is LeBron (another starting point guard lol) with him so that doesn't necessarily show his decline. But I have seen games in which he passed 10 or more assists. He is also a great scorer, one of the best shooters in the league, great FT%, great 3pt%, etc. He is a really good shooter. And sometimes he LITERALLY doesn't miss.
The only problem I have seen with Williams is that he is WAY too much inconsistent. He can play like THE BEST PG in the league on a given night and on the next he will go 2-17 or something. All I am going to say is he needs experience. He was in the playoffs (even the conference finals) last year - which gave him some experience, so he has been better in some of those big games this year. So I am looking forward to see his playoff performance. He SHOULD step up, otherwise we are going to lose again.

| Nice Kibby!
I think he just needs to be consistant and he'll give the support that the Cavs need from him.And btw Tony,if Minesota didn't sent their picks away......
