Anyway's now he's just a shooter and is clutch if he needed to be but the best solution for the Lakers is now to have Farmar/Brown as their starting PG No to benching Fisher He should be.Farmar would do better!

| Yes Fisher is not the best PG ... no one said he was but what he brings to the Lakers we have not been dissapointed , again his age is showing
but still go back to last year game 4 he had a crappy shooting night but then at the end when we needed Fisher he made some cluch 3 pointers .
Only Laker fans like Fisher ?? Many people like Fisher and respect him not just as a player but a person too , When do you hear fans complaining about Fisher .

| I'm just saying that was unacceptable. But if you look at any other Lakers games when their losing. His frustration sometimes boils over. | |

| Some players have trouble with their emotions but that's a part of the game where you have to change it and believe in positive I have the same problem In 5th grade when i came to school i was the most positive person in the class but in the 6th grade i totally lost my emotions but here in the 7th grade, after almost 1 year in the new 2010 i am coming in with more concetrion, the same old positive thing that i had and i still have. You have to believe in your self, never under-rate,always believe. That's what did my teacher said and i have the same old positive confidence back | |

| Farmar gets enough time in almost every game.
Fisher's minutes have been limited this season, so it's not like Farmar doesn't play (:

| His defense is slipping pretty quickly but he can shoot and is clutch and thats all that the lakers need out of a PG when u got the triangle.....and kobe. Its not much of a prob though since they got farmar who is kinda a pure PG and brown who is a good shooter and defender off the bench (why did brown not play like this with the cavs | |

| I read all the posts and...
1. Lakers don't need fisher as a leader. They have Kobe, now all they need is somebody to make shots and make plays, stay cool and help the team come back (when being led) to win.
2. I agree with fisher playing in clutch moments - after all he is a veteran
3. I think Brown should start because he is always ready to help the team in scoring + defense. He shoots good, but if shots don't fall, he can take it to the rim.
Some players step up when they get good minutes and I think Shannon Brown is one of them.

Some players step up when they get good minutes and I think Shannon Brown is one of them. 1. There is never anything wrong with having more than one leader as both can help players in different ways. Kobe can be harsh... Fisher is the moderator. 2. Being a verteran and hitting clutch shots are two different things altogether. Fish comes up BIG in the tightest of moments and is the only player outside of Kobe who I trust hitting a big shot on the Lakers. 3. Lakers have a weak bench. Shannon is part of the problem. He is spectaular to watch at time. He can hit the outside shot. But he is a medicore passer and outside of his leaping ability (that get more fouls than blocks or steals) he is a poor defender. Personally I would love for Brown to be in the starting lineup... but only if he can handle the job fulltime.
