| Can you imagine the Suns without Nash?
They'd be the Golden State Warriors.
At least Golden State has Jessica Alba.
Phoenix has a Gorilla. | |

Sure Why? CP3 is having an average year compared to his other years... And Deron is actually having a down year compared to his other years..
Steve Nash has been playing beastly..... But they are still better than nash, you also need some highlight makers in the all star game and Deron is way better at making nice plays by passing or dunking than nash.

| I can't imagine Leandro Barbosa as a PG and he would have to be cause I don't know about Goran Dragic. I wouldn't trust him. Suns w/o Nash would be nowhere it would be worse than when they had Marbury and they were pretty bad back then despite the talent they had on that team. And they'd be a little bit better then where they were after Marbury with Howard Eisley as their PG. That's being generous cause they may be as bad or even worse. I can't see this team w/o Nash.
I disagree I think Nash is the best playmaker in the NBA... Used to be Kidd, but he's seen better days. Although, Kidd can still make some plays.

Even with that being said I'm just as wowed by Nash with his moves, passes, and shooting. I don't think Deron should be 10th in voting for guards... but he and Paul are not having anywhere near the season Nash is.

| I'd rather have Billups/Nash @ this point of their careers than CP3/D.Will. I still think overall wise they are better. Well at least Billups is. As for Nash, his D is seriously suspect, but he is a better PG than both D.Will and CP3 and he is unarguably the best fundamentally skilled offensive PG in the game today. Not to mention their teams are flourishing, while D.Will's team is afloat the Western elites and CP3's team is nowhere near them. That is another reason why Billups/Nash are better than CP3/D-Will. Therefore, more deserving to be named All-stars. Although, D.Will/CP3 should be named an All-star even though this year he isn;t as strong as past years. I think they are both All-star PG's. | |

| Imagine the passes that Nash can give to finishers like Kobe, Melo, & Amar'e that's why. I think he has better court vision than CP3 & D-Will & his passes are incredible he's so skilled. Plus, he is a very sound offensive player that is having a great season & he is a great run n gun system player that should be the basis of an All-star game. CP3 plays in a system of lobs and can make nice alleys, but it's not the same as a uptempo system ran by the master Nash. D.Will plays in a pick n roll set & although he is an excellent passer it wouldn't be as exciting as watching Nash run the offense.
Deron Williams should not be 10th in votes that's an outrage that needs to be addressed. All-star voting has been controversial. Shaq does not deserve to be in an all-star game this year as well.

| Kidd/Terry, All-star game is in Dallas. Some trigger happy Texans must be flooding the votes. Same can go for Aaron Brooks & T-Mac and the fact that they are fan favorites, esp. T-Mac in China then that explains this. I mean Yi Jianlian last year had more All-star votes than David Lee. | |

| Steve Nash did not live up to All-star expectations until his late 20's, like 28. He did not win the MVP Award until his 30's and they were in his mid 30's. He still is a All-star caliber player at 35, so what's your point? | |

| I'm telling you man Yi Jianlian has gotten All-star votes, more than he should have by a whole lot. If ever he has a season of just 14 and 6 then that would probably be enough for him to be an All-star those are the Chinese votes for you. | |
