All-Star Game is a joke

Griffin over Love? Griffin is obviously just there for his tenacious dunks. He doesn't deserve it over Love who has how many double doubles now? NBA record yet?

Duncan over Aldridge? Clearly Duncan only made it because he's a vet. Duncan has played like crap this year.

Well the real BS was in the Eastern conference. Rondo and Pierce should be All-Stars, but statistically, Garnett and motherfucking RAY ALLEN have no place whatsoever in the All-Star Game other than their "legacy". I mean, Shaq has made it over and over again and he sucks, but at least he provides some entertainment value.

But that's what it's all about. Sure, you can complain about Kevin Love getting snubbed, Tim Duncan getting the star treatment, whatever. But the All-Star Game doesn't represent anything anymore, it's just a bunch of guys having fun. If it was a serious game like it used to be, then sure, I agree, these rosters suck. But alas, this is just entertainment on a stick, and while guys like Kevin Love should be there, it doesn't really matter if he's there or not because everyone knows that he's an All-Star at heart. Maybe he wasn't selected for the game itself, but everyone still considers him to be an All-Star type of player is my point.

With Yao Ming unable to play, I'd think Love will be selected by the Commish and he probably will select him since Duncan or Boom Boom Pow will probably be the starting center.

Too many Celtics. One too many Heat (Bosh)... I like Al Horford, but, he doesn't belong on the team either... Joe Johnson... eh... AS for the West Duncan. I'm sorry SRF, I just don't get why he's there (well I do, but I think there are better picks). I would've liked to see LA, Odom or Love there instead.
