| Key Adds: Rasheed Wallace,Marquis Daniels, healthy KG Key Losses: AGE
This team is championship material. The Boston Three Party has to stay healthy. Rondo, andGlen Davis were great during the playoffs, and stepped up big time. Allen can still hit the 3 like always. The Celtics franchise rests on KG's knees! Rondo will have to give it his all. This team is very dangerous when healthy.
Projected line-up
PG: Rajon Rondo SG: Ray Allen SF: Paul Pierce PF: Kevin Garnett C: Kendrick Perkins
Davis,Daniels,Wallace will all come off the bench. If KG gets injured Wallace can try to cover for him. Health is their biggest factor. Have the best line-up in the NBA. Perkins is a very solid center and can hang in there with Dwight, etc.
Projected Record: 60-22

| Rondo will be the X factor for the Celtics this season. I see this guy just getting better and better as a player - he already proved it during the post-season when he stepped up big time for the Celts when they needed him most.
Top 3 team in the Eastern conference and top 5 team in the league.

| wow 60 wins?
I think they are gonna have about 64-67 wins and finish 1st in the east if the can stay healthy.
Rondo has gotten better since KG's injury, so that will only help them...
plus Rasheed and daniels are gonna be good off the bench along with house

| Everybody overlooks Rondo now. The kid is now legitimately a star in his own right, and probably a better player overall than Ray Allen. I see him making the All Star Team this season. The playoffs last year was not a fluke, and with a star studded lineup around him (mainly KG being back healthy), he should have an amazing season. | |

They won't be able to overcome both.

| Wow, I don't even see any team going over 63 wins this season much less. The competition, to me, is too great for any team to obtain anymore than 63 wins. | |

They won't be able to overcome both. Yeaa they'll do good in Reg season, but the only obstacles that can slow them down is AGE and KG, i doubt they'll beat LA this year.

| Why does everyone assume that because of the age of the players that they cannot do much damage? I still consider the Celtics a threat because they have the talent to blow other elite teams out the water. The Spurs had older players for a while but still maintained their status (excluding last season) as a top team in the NBA.
I say do not count out the Celtics just yet - age is overrated as a factor as to why a team will not win a championship.

| If anyone were to talk about Boston or San Antonio aging, it wouldn't be Laker fans. Kobe is aging. Kobe is getting worse and worse now. Who knows, he might not even be a Top 5 player this season. Or, he might get some bad legs/back/etc. and then everyone will be talking about the Lakers aging. | |

LMAO!!! you serious? Kobe is only 30, thats just Prime. How is Kobe getting worse and worse? Did you not just see this past season? Did he not Dominate the NBA FINALS? Did he not Dominate the NBA Playoffs? The Lakers and Kobe are not showing any signs of Age slowing them down. Kobe said hes feeling better then he has in a long time. Most of the Lakers players are Young and/or going into their Primes. I dont even know how you can mention Age as one of the Lakers problems. Honestly re read what you wrote, it seems like Your wishing Kobe gets injured or something.

Actually kobe said he's feeling old, thats why he didn't play anything international. Because there was no International to be played lmao, this is the only summer he had off since 03. And No he didn't say he was feeling Old. IDK where you got that from, but read this article and tell me if what you just said doesn't sound wrong. http://www.nba.com/2009/news/features/scott_howard_cooper/10/14/kobe.revived/index.html

| 1. Kobe has been 31. His birthday was on the first day of school, I remember. 2. Kobe's been getting worse. His prime was in his 2004-2007/2008 days, and it seems to be he's getting better, yet it's only his team that's improving. Kobe's body is getting worse. 31 isn't prime. 31 is well past prime. Kobe didn't dominate the Finals, or the Play-offs. It's his team. Without Gasol, he wouldn't get that much points, that much assists. With Bynum injured, he sure did "dominate". It's already showed, Kobe isn't Kobe when he's not on a stacked team. Without Gasol, Odom, Ariza, and Bynum on the court, all the attention is on Bryant. Teams are smart enough to balance it out. And with that, Kobe usually gets stats being played One on One, offense and defense. Before Gasol, before Bynum, before Ariza. What happened? He was constantly getting double, triple teamed. Yeah, he had more points. Points? Did he win with those points? His "points" in those days were his ballhogging points. Yeah, call me a Kobe "hater". I don't care, Kobe is getting worse. | |

About the Gasol part really.

| Kobe's getting worse. Period. 31, way past his prime. He's getting smarter, but slower, weaker, less stamina, fatigued, aching, losing touch, and his old tricks aren't going down for him any more. | |
