The Real reason Kobe is better than MJ Part 1

I'm going to do this everyday for however many days I feel. Each day there will be a new reason why Kobe is better than MJ

reason number 1: Better Talent in this 'era' than in MJ's 'era'. Penny Fucking Hardaway was an allstar..he wouldn't see the floor in the 2009 NBA. Anyone could look like GOAT playing against those guys..

and what G.O.A.T. gets outplayed by Paul Pierce throughout a 6 game series? blows a 3-1 lead in the 1st Round? and has one of the 10 worst Finals performances in NBA history and scores only 40 points once in an NBA Finals?

...I didn't say Kobe was GOAT. I said he was better than MJ. To completely different things. And if you are going by stats only..WILT is the GOAT. And if you're going by rings Bill Russel is GOAT....there is no real way to determine who is GOAT..so there isn't one.

In MJ's era. they played really hard defense. See the type of defense MJ played against.

I can say that, there will be another MJ or even better but it wont be Kobe

Jordan has 6 Finals MVPs and 6 NBA MVPs Kobe has 1

Tony Parker,Paul Pierce,and Chauncey Billups would not be Finals MVPs in 90s and Parker and Pierce would find it tough to even be All-Stars

Ben Wallace was the 2nd best Center in the NBA for the 1st part of the decade and since the best Center in the league Shaq was on Kobe's team Kobe had no real challenge driving to the hole

in the 90s there was no defensive 3 second rule so teams could camp out in the paint and wait for Jordan, as now the lane is easier cleared for Kobe,and the soft foul calls in todays game allow you to drive to get to the line easier.

The 1998 Lakers were better than the 2009 Lakers,and I can name a bunch of teams in the 1990s that didnt win a title that could beat todays winners

What the hell? MJ actually played mostly in the 80's which were WAYY tougher than today's era. It's true MJ didn't win any rings till the 90's but still the 90's had Ewing, Robinson, Malone, Shaq, Stockton, and even Magic Johnson was there a little bit. I wouldn't consider that a bad era.

Also Kobe has one championship ring as the leader of the team. MJ has 6 rings as the leader of the team.

The 09 Lakers were actually one of the worst champions ever

and MVP is 15 so he wouldn't know much if anything about the 90s
