I brush my teeth 3 times a day, I'm a hygiene freak

brushign at night makes no sense though.

Yes. i brush at night in the morning and after lunch. Iv'e never had a cavitie. I hate people who only brush 1 time a day. YOUR BREATH STANK. BRUSH YO DAMN TEETH

and I've never had a cavaty and my dentist appointments are always perfect.
But I drink a lot of milk lol
