But this description is dependent on the rules in announcements. For EX: you can't be racist in General talk because it violates rule no. 1.

YS and Khai were chatting within a thread, they didn't make a new one. Plus, it may have annoyed you but it isn't against the rules to talk about being gay or whatever.
