Wow, looks like he drank his sadness away after getting fired at Kentucky and gained some pounds too.. This was his third time for a DUI, btw

I have to ask: Why not hire a driver?

I don't understand how celebs and athletes get DUI's. They have money and lots of it, hire a driver and stop endangering people's lives.

I had a car totalled because of a drunk driver, its the most retarded crime ever. I had just gotten a used 07 Passat and 2 weeks later I got blindsided by a drunk driver in a pickup going 55 in a 25...completely destroying the back of my car.

It was his SEVENTH offense! And he still had his license! The laws on drunk driving SUCK, and as a result I'm driving a 1997 Camry with a leak in the roof! People DIE because of these drunk drivers! I think minimum punishment should be loss of license for 2 years after the first offense, jail for at least 6 months after the 2nd, and you never get to drive again. If there somehow is a 3rd offense, I think 5 years suits it.

That is truly insane and it pisses me off that they allowed that fool to even get to the point where he could do something like that 7 times!

This goes double for celebs. There is NO reason why they should be driving while under the influence. Of all people, they have no excuse to be behind the wheel.

Most cabs (all the ones in Boston at least) take credit cards!

Even if you dont have any cash on you, everybody of driving age has a credit card in their wallet!

Yup, all the cabs I've seen take credit cards here too.

It seems like as long as a drunk driver doesn't kill someone, they get to go free. They just get a slap on the wrist. That must change asap!

In chicago/Illinois they go hard on people who drve drunk.

you can lose your license for 5 years.

Did you guys hear about what they might start putting in the cars of those who have been caught driving while drunk?

Yeah having somebody else blow for you...but if there is somebody in the car who is sober, hopefully they would be driving instead of the drunk person, its common sense.
