Chicago Bulls
Who owns them?
Jerry Reinsforf is the owner of the Bulls. He was a tax attorney who created much of his initial fortune from a Supreme Court case, Frank Lyon Co. v. USA, but he is better known as a sports owner since he owns one of the most storied franchises in all of basketball.
Reinsdorf has owned the Bulls since 1985, but he's also the majority owner of the MLB's Chicago White Sox since 1981, where they were able to win a World Series in 2005, the team's first since 1917.
Does Ownership Own other teams and facilities?
Yes but with an asterisk. Reinsdorf co-owns the United Center, the Bulls home arena along with Rocky Wirtz, the owner of the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks. The WNBA's Chicago Sky has nothing to do with the Bulls, as they have separate ownership, and they play in the Allstate Arena, located in nearby Rosemont, Illinois.
Do I think that Ownership is doing a good job?
Yes overall. At the box office, the Bulls have consistently sold out their arena game after game, year after year, regardless of the team's on court performance, which in recent years has been solid, but not championship worthy at least not yet.
On the court, the Bulls have built a solid core from the mid 2000's through solid draft picks with guys like Kirk Hinrich, Chris Duhon, Luol Deng, Joakim Noah, and Ben Gordon, which got them back to the playoffs. They got lucky to get hometown guard Derrick Rose in 2008, who also became their first all star since Michael Jordan. Most of the aforementioned core have been disbanded, but the Bulls have remained in the playoff hunt despite their changing roster which is now built around the hometown kid when it didn't have a true star before.
