Twilight is a fad and will eventually die out and fade into obscurity just like the Jonas Brothers, Hanson or 90s boy bands pretty much have.

Nah, it's really more because it's entertaining. I'm pretty apathetic about the whole Israel-Palestine thing; all it really makes me think of is how impossible it would've been to colonize America with the modern media on hand to watch us take land from the Native Americans. I really care more about that than Palestine-it's closer to home.

I don't want a Twilight for guys. All it does is make me think that it'll turn into Brokeback Mountain for vampires.

I don't even want it if its girls in the reverse role.

I'll rent Twilight on Netflix only when I want to crack on a movie with my girl.

Because I have a bunch of Jewish friends, Israel has been persecuted since literally within seconds of its inception, and the US needs a political and strategic ally in the Middle East. Plus, it's a neat place. And it's not like Palestine has been a model of innocence, either.
