| Chris Paul is open to being traded.
Paul likes New York and in another scenario Paul and James Posey for Vince Carter and Jameer Nelson deal. Hornets deny shopping him, would rather trade Collison and a unwanted contract for a player or pick or both.
Loul Deng may be involved in a trade with the Los Angeles Clippers who could trade their No. 8 pick to Chicago for the small forward and the Bulls' 17th pick.
Joe Johnson isn't waiting on LeBron James and made his interest in going to Chicago known.
Odom could be shopped over the draft to save money.
Celtics have talked about trading their 19th pick or packaging Kendrick Perkins and their 19th pick tpo try and get a high draft pick.
Kirk Hinrich to Indiana. 17th pick included - Indiana targeting Gordon Hayward at 17
GS has a trade offer on the table to move Gadzuric and Biedrins to Denver for Kenyon Martin. Can't be done till August 22nd.
Dirk could reunite with Steve Nash in Phoenix if Amar'e goes elsewhere.
Blazers have better deals for Fernandez than what NYK are offering. Rudy to NYC won't happen.
Frank Isola: Rudy Fernandez was telling teammates last season, "New York, that's where I want to go."
Frank Isola: The word on Rudy is that if the Blazers don't get what they want, Paul Allen would rather have him rot on the bench then give him away.
Richard Jefferson can definitely be had. No takers so far. Anyone surprised?
Say this about Paul George-he's confident. Compares himself to Tracy McGrady. Really believes he's going to be a star in the league.
League sources tell FanHouse the Clippers have finally moved forward with their coaching search, contacting Dwane Casey and Kevin McHale.
With Paul Pierce in a position to opt out of the final year of his contract, (Celtics president Danny) Ainge sounded less certain about how that situation would play out. Pierce has until June 30 to decide whether he wants to pick up the $21 million option.
"I don’t know the answer," Ainge said. "I do have doubts. I’m not certain of what Paul may do. I don’t know, because he may able to get a long-term contract somewhere else. It may be better than what we have. I don’t know the answer. We haven’t gotten to that point. That’s something that we’ll address next week once the draft is over."
12:47 pm
Spurs saying they will not be trading Parker.
Bobcats want to keep Tyrus Thomas
LeBron James farts in crowded elevator. Tune in to ESPN for detailed information and witness accounts.

is the hinrich trade done? Nope. Nothing is set in stone. I just figured that this will be a trade happy draft with a lot of current players moving. I'm still adding stuff to look out for, whether they come to be or not.

| I read that in the LA Times about the Lakers sending Odom away to save money... Don't wreck our chances at a three-peat, Buss and Kupchak!

Don't wreck our chances at a three-peat, Buss and Kupchak! I wouldn't mind seeing what we could get for him... sucks too because Odom is one of my favorite players inconsistent or not. I dunno... he one of those dudes that you wish could get 18 and 10 with 4 asts every night. But even when he doesn't he effects the +/- rating so much.

I guess I wouldn't mind seeing what would be available for him, but I'd just prefer to keep him and add Bell and Steve Blake. That probably won't happen, though...that same article in the LA Times that mentioned sending Odom off for money also said it's unlikely the Lakers will use their MLE...so I'm not sure how we plan to bolster our bench after Farmar and maybe Brown leave...

Would work out well... for Orlando. LOL... uh... yeah... Howard and Paul hook up would be insane. Tyson Chandler who is even more offensively limited than Howard became an All-Star off of lob passes from Paul. For Howard... I'd say a 6 point increase per game if they got Paul.

Yeah. Posey brings defense. Chris Paul is.. CHRIS PAUL. Thats two All-NBA First-Team Caliber players in the rotation. Another thing, we get rid of Vince Carter's HORRIBLE, absolutely TERRIBLE contract. Next stop is to trade away 'Shard, and then we just keep on building around Howard and Paul with the more money that we'd have without VC and Lewis. Naimean?
