I'm tired of the Lakers....

Who's with me!?!! Generally I'm not a hater but I am really tired of seeing LA in the Finals, but I want them to win because I don't like anyone on the Celtics except Ray Allen. This will probably be the most boring NBA Finals series of all time for me, including the Spurs/Cavs debacle of '07.

they bore the shit out of me. I've seen this movie too many times. I don't have a problem with the Lakers, but I am tired of seeing them. They aren't as exciting as...say the Magic, Suns, or Celtics. Kobes game isn't as flashy as it used to be so..its like watching the Patriots after 7 years of them being good. It gets old.

I'm tired of both C's and L's but that's what they do best.Winning

The Celtics play a more exciting brand of basketball.

The 3 teams I didn't wanna see in the finals were the Celtics, lakers, and spurs. I would have been okay with the Magic and and cavs out of the east because they havent won it yet, and I REALLY wanted to see Nash get one outta the west.. either the Suns or Nuggets/Mavs

I'm just bored of seeing the same teams compete for the title over and over again.. Obviously I woudn't be complaining if it were the bulls... but as an NBA fan.. i wanna see something new

Although, I would've enjoyed seeing Nash get a ring against the Magic...oh well. Maybe next year?

I really don't see how this series could end up being worse than the Cavs/Spurs match-up. I doubt this will end in a nasty sweep, or that either team just feeds only its best player the way the Cavaliers tried to. I like this series as a basketball fan because I think it has the best chance of producing the best games. Maybe it'd be nice to see a new team, but these two teams know what to expect from one another, and they look forward to every game against each other, even in the regular season. They also probably have the best set of starters in either league across the board. An argument can be made that 4 of the Celtics are in the top 5 of their positions, and Perkins is arguably the best one on one defensive center. The Lakers also have 4 guys arguably in the top 5 (maybe not Artest, but he is very high defensively), and Fisher is one of the better leaders and clutch shot-makers in the NBA. I think the series could be really intrigiung, as long as everyone from both teams shows up. There's pretty good match-ups across the board, and while the Celtics have the deeper bench, they don't have someone that can come off of it and do everything like Lamar Odom, and the don't have the best player from this seasons' playoffs. I think it should be a pretty good series. I definitely hope it will be. I expect 6 or 7 games, but I'm not sure who I'd pick to win. Bynum isn't completely healthy, and Boston is playing much better than they were in the regular season. I think I'll go with Lakers in 6, essentially because they were the better team for most of the regular season (even while playing in the West), and have looked pretty good as a team in the playoffs minus 2 blowouts on the road. Boston has been blown out as well, and I don't think their offense is consistent enough to win them the series. They could win, but if I had to bet I'd pick the Lakers.

The two best teams made it.

A lot of people had the Suns winning in 6 or 7.

A lot of people had Orlando (including myself) in 6.

Didn't happen.

Lakers and Celtics.

I watched Miami and Dallas. Spurs and Cleveland. Spurs vs. Nets. All the way through. Every fucking boring game. If you can't get up for this playoff match-up, then I can't help you.

Am I supose to be upset that LeBron, Nash or Howard couldn't put their team over the hump?

the lakers have won what.. 15, celtics 18/17
and the magic and celtics = 0 nba championships

it aint gonna be boring
cause the last lakers and celtics was fun
this is two teams who have had previous finals exp.
and two teams that are so determined to win it

TIERED?? neverrr. Can't really get bored from watching Laker games. Our season starts in the post season , And then when they make it to the finals, there's nothing more exciting for laker fans.

And plus how can you get bored of watching Kobe every game?
