Phil Jackson didn't expand on what it was though.

sounds like Sasha wasn't playing good defense, but Shaw took it too far by pointing a finger in the player's face. Sasha took offense, and that's how he ended up on the bench.

on a side note, phil talking about the unfulfilled promise but not explaining it is sort of messed up. he set sasha up to look completely in the wrong, whether he was or not.
