| How good do you think Jrue Holiday will be in the future? I think this guy got talent, he is 6'4'' and 180 lbs which is a nice body for a PG, this rookie can defense very good and got decent play making ability.
He is only playing 7 minutes in Philly though, do ya'll think he should go to a team that needs PG? Like the Warriors perhaps? plus he was from UCLA, he should feel more comfortable if he playing in California.
BQ: What do you think about this trade?
Philly got -Monta Ellis -Ronni Turiaf
Golden State got -Jrue Holiday -Samuel Dalembert -Jason Smith
Is that trade fair enough, which team got more benefit?

| I hate the trade tbh.
I love Holiday so thats why I want him to stay far away from teams like Golden State and LAC.

| Love Holiday and was bummed when he entered the draft, especially given UCLA's current woes. I think he can be an excellent point guard, especially defensively. He's athletic, long, has a high IQ, very coachable...I like his potential a lot. | |

| I don't consider the Warriors or Clippers our rivals. But if they were, then yes lol.
I just don't see how they help players with potential develop further. Players are unhappy there and the management sucks. Dunleavy and Nelson have been there too long and its clear that management is on their side no matter what. That's not a good environment for a young player like Holiday =]

| That is a terrible trade, no offense. Ronny is the heart and soul of our team and a fan favorite, and Monta is no doubtedly the best player on our team and has now fully developed into an All-Star. Dalembert is old and wouldn't get much playing time, Jrue Holiday could be good but not nearly as good as Monta is right now, and lastly no one gives a fuck about Jason Smith. | |

| Yup lol I just think the Warriors need a true legit PG who could play defense well. |

| Holiday is a beast if Eddie Jordan would only give him some playing time. It is rediculous how he keeps him on the bench in favor of Royal Ivey and Willie Green. Holiday is a good defender and a pretty good scorer, but Jordan has him with the wrong mindset. Only gives him 5 minutes max of playing time and if he makes one mistake he hits the bench. So he is desparately trying to make good plays and throwing up shots. If Jordan just put him on the court normally and gave him a legit shot, he would be showing more of his talent. |

| Holiday's good but as I said before...he'll never be as good as Monta Ellis. | |

| GTFO w/ this trade proposal. Who the hell wants Dalembert? Turiaf is better than he is. | |

| Decent trade but legitimately would never happen. Basic math: Ellis> Holiday Turiaf> Dalembert Nothing> Jason Smith ^^^^ That last one was a little harsh, but making a point. | |

| 1. Samuel Dalembert got traded to Sacramento this offseason. He's not on Philly 2. Monta Ellis > Holiday + Smith combined 3. Warriors already have Stephen Curry, in my opinion the best rookie from last year. | |

| Yeah, Samuel Dalembert is on Sacramento now, and Ronni Turiaf was in a sign & trade and is now on the New York Knicks.
Can't be done. | |

| I completely forgot about Turiaf to New York. That also makes the trade fail | |
