RAZA-CBI CONTRACT

This contract shows that the consequences of losing the bet between Raza and CBI, where the loser shall admit that the other's favorite team is the greatest in NBA history, shall be done, otherwise resulting in a permanent ban from the Real Basketball Talk forums. The terms of this contract are the Cleveland Cavaliers going 81-1 in the 2009-2010 NBA season. If the Cavaliers do not meet these standards this season, CBI must admit that the Denver Nuggets are the best team in NBA history. However, if the Cavaliers do in fact go 81-1, then Raza must admit that the Cleveland Cavaliers are the best team in NBA history. The statements must be said with seriousness and sincerity. Both sides will show that they are responsible for reciting what they must should they lose the bet, by agreeing to the terms and conditions shown in this contract. The people involved in the contract will show in a post that they do agree and will do what they must if they lose. 5 or more witnesses must also be involved in case something does not go according to plan, and they can tell that the contract here has been said and both parties do agree. If you would like to be a witness, please post a comment saying, "I have witnessed this contract and I witness both Raza and CBI agreeing to it". Raza and CBI, please show that you agree to the contract with a post saying, "I agree to all terms and conditions of this contract, and I WILL carry out the consequence shall I lose this bet".
