It sure doesn't hurt to have more members here.
It would liven things up here a bit; especially when the season starts, this place would be super busy which would be totally awesome.

In particular, it would be nice to see more Pacers, Grizzles, and Clippers fans here for instance. It would be cool to have a wider range of fans here representing different teams in the NBA. Also more college basketball fans would be cool (though, I am gonna make an effort to watch more college games this year if given the time).

Or we could even encourage previously active users to show up here by sending them some sort of message asking them how they are doing and stuff. Therefore, we can get to become active once again.

I recruited AirWarrior and Feel N Heat but neither have posted yet. I guess we can somehow set up an initiave to get new members that signed up but never posted to come by sending them messages as well.

I agree, it's kinda hard when a lot of folks like the forums they go to regularly already. There are a lot of sites out there with forums dedicated to fans of one team. For the Wizards, there seems to be four. Visa, correct me if I'm wrong. One is the Washington Post Wizards Insider blog, which has a forum and comment section below each article written by one of the Post columnists. Second, is Bullets Forever at www.bulletsforever.com Third is Wizards Extreme at www.wizardsextreme.com, and last is a website made by a Wiz fan called The Truth About It, at www.truthaboutit.net

The great part of these sites are that it allows Wizards fans to discuss their opinions with other Wiz fans. However, at the same time, these guys will just talk primarily the Wizards, I like something a bit broader. Our reach here is a bit more national than a good number of fans want to be when they respond to a blog, etc. I still would say that we are doing a good job though. We don't just have LA and Cleveland here, actually we have a lot of guys from around the country, and some from the other side of the globe, and word of mouth is what will get this forum even bigger and better. That's my 2 cents.
