GM Game?

First topic message reminder :

For those of you who have been with RBT for a LONG time, you probably remember the GM game where you took control of a team, took their roster, and traded everybody around and whatnot in order to create the best team you could. Does anybody wanna try this again? Last time, we did not end it, so this time, we can have like a couple of weeks to do it. Put the team you want if you are interested. We can start it after the current Draft Game.

Rules:
The roster you get for the game is the team's roster once we start the game (after everybody signs up)
No ridiculous trades that blatantly are one sided (ex. Lebron James and D-Wade for Derek Fisher and Shannon Brown)
15 players max on a roster
No Miami Heat

1. Raza - Nuggets
2. Abdul - Clippers
3. John - Lakers
4. TCO - Hawks
5. Visa - Wizards
6. CBI - Cavaliers + Norris Cole
7. Mohammad - Magic
8. Marshall - Thunder
9. Ben - Warriors
10. Tony - Knicks
11. Nenad - Grizzlies
12. Dwayne - Bulls
13. Jaleesa - Mavericks

I'm not gonna lie John.... my main issue with this is you. Are you gonna be able to keep track of all of your players?

IN 2K11, SOME PLAYERS DO NOT RESIGN WITH THE TEAM AFTER THE SEASON. I WILL TRY TO RESIGN ALL PLAYERS DURING THE OFFSEASON. IF I CAN'T, I WILL GO FOR A PLAYER OF EQUAL VALUE IN FREE AGENCY. THIS WILL BE A PAIN IN THE ASS FOR ME TO DO WITH ALL 9 TEAMS, BUT I'LL DO IT BECAUSE I LOVE YOU Very Happy

oh and if i cant get anybody, then somethings probably wrong with your team and chemistry is low. not my fault.

In the 2k sim, we can do a point system like:

1 point for 0-20 wins, 3 for 21-40 wins, 5 for 41-60 wins, 10 for 60+ wins

5 for first round elimination, 10 for second round, 15 for conference finals, 20 for NBA Finals, and 25 for winning the Finals.

Then other ones like 20 for Coach of the Year (because the player is pretty much the coach)
15 for having the MVP
5 for Defensive Player of the Year
5 for Rookie of the Year
2 for Most Improved
3 for each All-Star you have
5 for All-NBA First Team, 3 for Second Team, 1 for Third Team
5 for All-NBA Defensive First Team, 3 for Second Team, 1 for Third Team
2 for All-NBA Rookie First Team, 1 for Second Team

Lemme know if there's any more ways to get points that you would like to see and feel free to propose changes to how many points a certain thing gets

We could just base it off of who gets the farthest but that's no fun.

Another thing - After every season, there's gonna be the draft where everybody drafts rookies.

NONE OF THE ROOKIES WILL BE SIGNED. No trading draft picks, because they are useless

And because John will get bombarded by trades for his first round draft pick

So yeah. No rookies will be signed for you.
