Yi Jianlian is a beast so far in the FIBA World Championships

In Wizards news, well, Jianlian is tearing it up in FIBA play averaging 25 ppg and 10 rpg for China, one of the Top 10 teams in the world. But then again, he is practically the only option for the Chinese on offense, though Wang Zhizhi and Wang Shipeng are also contributing some. Even Sun Yue is getting a bit of his shot off.

Well, question is this. Will Yi Jianlian have another solid NBA season for the Wizards this year better than his first two? From an objective standpoint he's been alright, not a superstar, but he is a decent player who still has age on his side.

Jianlian is a pretty good player...he's a shooting big man which can be good and bad for your team...good because you have a guy who can space the floor and open up spots for other teammates to get easier shots off, but bad because you lack a good rebounding big man and have to do it some other way (like Andray Blatche)

Wil he average 25/10 in the NBA? No...but maybe like 14/7

I'm glad to hear this shit about yi. but with dray whose locked in as the future of the PF position for the wizards..yi wont be that good.

He dropped 30+ points in 3 of the 4 games the one he didn't he had 20 and the gamewinner. And damn that sucks about the NBDL thing.
