| 1. Miami... may not be the best team technically, but they get to play some of the worst teams in the league 3 to 4 times.
2. Lakers. I don't see any slippage. Praying for a full healthy season from Bynum. Other than the Heat the Lakers have the biggest target painted on their backs.
3. Orlando. Same team a year better. Really this season is going to need an advancement of Howard offensively. He needs to add a real go-to move in the post. He also needs to finally learn how to deliver passes out of double teams and take car of the ball. Vince Cater not disappearing would be good too, but I think their is a better chance of Howard hitting 70+ % FT before VC show up for every game.
4. Boston. Due to health Boston could tumble... IF every one is healthy than that starting five can still be a cohesive unit. That bench though... eh... maybe 4 is too high, but I think they can still outwork and outsmart most teams.
5. Dallas. More additions. A solid defensive rotation at center. Still no shooting guard, but When you have Dirk you don't really need a shooting guard, just a solid defender at the two... Stevenson even as a defender hurts your team more than helps it. | |
